I liked a product category.  Do you have more products available in the category?

We strive to keep our website updated as often as is possible for us.  Products that are through design and manufacturing stage and ready for customers are shared on our website.  So what you see on the website is all that is currently available.

I really liked a product and would want it in a different size / colour.  Can you customize?

We aren’t equipped to handle customizations.  However if you have a bulk requirement we’d love to hear from you, e-mail us hello@anurita.com!​

Where can I see the products before placing my order?

Our small business studio isn't equipped to display all our products.  Nonetheless we put in great effort and care to photograph our products really well.  The pictures on our website show them as best as we see them!​

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery) / POD (Pay on Delivery) facility?

The COD / POD facility means an additional focus area and at present we are not equipped to handle it.  We have kept this part simple; all our orders are 100% pre-paid.

I placed an order.  By when should I expect the delivery?

​​​

We send out order confirmation within 48 hours of your placing an order.  Further, orders are shipped within 5 – 7 business days.  Our courier partners are responsible for the actual delivery timeline and they’ll keep you informed with text updates on your mobile phone.​

I placed an order and my UPI / credit card / debit card was charged however I have not received any confirmation from you.  Is my order being processed?

There’s a rare possibility that this happens but if it did we’ve got you covered.  Please send us an e-mail at hello@anurita.com with your name, contact number, amount charged, your ordered items and the transaction reference of your payment method used to place the order.  We’ll promptly have this checked in our systems and if there’s a valid order we’ll process it and send you a confirmation.  If we don’t see your order we’ll let you know so.

I successfully placed my order but wish to change some item(s) in it.  How may I do it?

We’re sorry, a successfully placed order can’t be modified.  However you may cancel the order before it is shipped and place a new order.

I wish to cancel my order.  What should I do?

​​

We can cancel an order ONLY until it is shipped.  If you changed your mind before your order was shipped then please send us an e-mail at hello@anurita.com with your name, contact number, amount charged, your ordered items and the transaction reference of your payment done for the order.  A cancellation fee of 4% will apply and we’ll process the refund of the net amount to the payment method you used.​
